There is abolished the Federal agency on nuclear energy and determined the list of assets for transfer to the State corporation on nuclear energy "Rosatom"
The Edict of the President of the Russian Federation N 369 of
March 20, 2008 (document is in Russian) abolishes the Federal
agency on nuclear energy, at that there is established that
acts of the RF President determining authorities of this agency
in the established field of activity shall be applied in respect
of the State corporation on nuclear energy "Rosatom"
, in the part not contradicting to legislation of the Russian
Federation.
The Federal Tax Service has directed the data applying for calculation of the tax on extraction of natural recourses
By
the Letter N ShS-6-03/192@ of March 19, 2008 (document is
in Russian), the Federal Tax Service of Russia brings the data
necessary for calculation of the tax on extraction of natural
recourses in respect of oil for February 2008:
middle level
of prices of Ural oil at the Mediterranean and Rotterdam markets
of raw oil - 92,01 USD dollar per barrel;
middle size of
USD dollar rate to ruble of the Russian Federation establishing
by the Central Bank of the Russian Federation for all date of
taxable period - 24,5352;
There are approved the new rates of export customs duties for sulfur of all kinds, except sublime, precipitated and colloidal sulfur, as well as for natural calcium phosphates, natural aluminic and calcium phosphates and phosphate chalk
There are approved the statistical toolkit for organization of statistical supervision by the Bank of Russia over directions of borrowings and placing of funds by insurance institution, financial operations of non-state pension fund
These forms are putted
into effect since January 1, 2007 and being subjects for collection
and processing of data within the system of the Bank of Russia.
