The notion of internal structure subdivision of credit institution is fixed
The Federal Act N 20-FZ of March 3, 2008 (document is in
Russian) makes amendments to
article 22 of the Federal Act N 395-1 "On banks and banking
activity of December 2, 1990 (document is in Russian),
and pursuant to them internal structure subdivision of credit
institution (its branch) is its subdivision locating outside
the place of location of credit institution (its branch) and
making banking operations on behalf of it, the list of which
is established by normative acts of the Bank of Russia within
the frameworks of the license of the Bank of Russia issued to
credit institution (statute on branch of credit institution).
At that, there is specified, that the authority of branch of
credit institution on adoption of decision about opening internal
structure subdivision must be provided by statute on branch
of credit institution.
There are distributed the quotas on issue of invitations to foreign citizens for entrance to the Russian Federation in purposes of making of labor activity
There is approved the form of the act on results of carrying out of the measure on state control in the field of regulation of tariffs for services on transportation of oil and oil products in transfer pipeline
The amendments are made to the format of submission of tax declarations, book-entry accounting and other documents for calculation and payment of taxes and duties in electronic form (ver. 3.00)
This format of transfer of the tax declaration on the united
social tax for taxpayers making payments to natural persons
is intended for data communication between taxpayers and tax
bodies of the Federal Tax Service of Russia. Besides
the format may be used for data communication between tax
bodies about taxpayers and their reporting.
