NEWS OF THE FEDERAL LEGISLATION

There are approved the forms of tax declaration and tax calculation on advanced payment on the tax on profit of organizations and the Procedures for completion thereof

  The Order of the Ministry of Finance of Russia N 27n of February 20, 2008 (document is in Russian), which shall be valid since the beginning of submission of tax calculations on advanced payment on the tax on profit of organizations for I quarter 2008, approves:

  - the form of tax declaration on the tax on profit of organizations;

- the Procedure for completion of the tax declaration on the tax on profit of organizations;
 
- the form of tax calculation on advanced payment on the tax on profit of organizations;

- the Procedure for completion of the tax calculation on advanced payment on the tax on profit of organizations.

There are approved the reporting forms on made cash expenditures of budgets of the Russian Federation subjects

There are approved the reporting forms on made cash expenditures of budgets of the Russian Federation subjects

The Order of the Ministry of Finance of Russia N 18n of February 4, 2008 (document is in Russian) approves:

the forms of the quarterly reporting about made cash expenditures from budgets of the Russian Federation subjects concerning to secure of social support measures of rehabilitated persons and persons considered as loser by political reprisals, except payments provided by articles 15 and 16.1 of the Act of the Russian Federation N 1761-I "On rehabilitation of victims of political reprisals" of October 18, 1991 (document is in Russian), veterans of labor and workers of back areas, as well as monthly payment to child for 2008-2010 in accordance with annexes N 1- N 3 to the Order (shall be valid since the beginning of the reports for I quarter 2008);

the Recommendations on the procedure for submission of reports about made cash expenditures from budgets of the Russian Federation subjects concerning to secure of social support measures of rehabilitated persons and persons considered as loser by political reprisals, except payments provided by articles 15 and 16.1 of the Act of the Russian Federation N 1761-I "On rehabilitation of victims of political reprisals" of October 18, 1991, veterans of labor and workers of back areas, as well as monthly payment to child.

There is established the ruble equivalent of the minimum size of authorized capital of anew registered bank

There is established the ruble equivalent of the minimum size of authorized capital of anew registered bank

The Letter of the Bank of Russia N 22-T of March 11, 2008 (document is in Russian) establishes the ruble equivalent of the minimum size of authorized capital of anew registered bank in accordance with the Directions of the Bank of Russia N 1755-U "On the procedure for determination of the ruble equivalent of the minimum size of the authorized capital of newly registered credit institutions and minimum size of the internal funds (capital) of credit institution" of December 11, 2006 (document is in Russian) for I quarter 2008.

There is generalized the practice of application of the Federal Act "On taking actions against legalization (laundering) of Incomes drawn by criminal way and financing of terrorism"

  The Letter of the Bank of Russia N 13 of February 29, 2008 (document is in Russian) generalizes the practice of application of the Federal Act "On taking actions against legalization (laundering) of Incomes drawn by criminal way and financing of terrorism" and normative acts of the Bank of Russia adopted in accordance with it.
