There is established the procedure for formation of founder's task in respect autonomous institution 2008-03-20 06:00 NEWS OF THE FEDERAL LEGISLATION There is established the procedure for formation of founder's task in respect autonomous institution The Decree of the Government of the Russian Federation N 182 of 18 March 2008 (document is in Russian) approves the Statue determining the terms and procedure for formation of task by federal executive authority making functions and authorities of founder in respect of autonomous institution created on the bases of property being within the federal ownership and the procedure for financial security of the task execution. From April 1, 2008, there shall be established the new rates of collections for aeronavigation servicing of users of the Russian Federation air space 2008-03-20 06:00 NEWS OF THE FEDERAL LEGISLATION From April 1, 2008, there shall be established the new rates of collections for aeronavigation servicing of users of the Russian Federation air space In the purposes of implementation of subcluse 5.4.5 of clause 5 of the Statute on the Federal Aeronavigation Service (document is in Russian) determining the authorities of the Federal Aeronavigation Service to fix the rates of collections for aeronavigation servicing and to dispose of funds from such collections, the Order of the Federal Aeronavigation Service N 21 of February 6, 2008 (document is in Russian) approves the amendments, which give in the new wording the Annex N 10 to the Administrative regulations of the Federal Aeronavigation Service on submission of state services on aeronavigation servicing of users of the Russian Federation air space (document is in Russian) fixing the rates of collections for aeronavigation servicing of users of the Russian Federation air space. The Order shall come into effect from April 1, 2008.
