We are currently looking for a Researcher to strengthen our team.


The Researcher provides support in candidate identification for positions in banking sector and in business development activities of the company. The Researcher will be expected to SUCCESSFULLY ENGAGE IN the following aspects of the search:

  • Assisting project teams in conducting market research on finance/banking sectors, companies’ activities, and corporate structures;
  • Identification of major competing companies;
  • Together with Consultants of the company developing the strategy for executing the search and identifying qualified candidates;
  • Developing companies target lists;
  • Pre-screening and telephone interviewing potential candidates;
  • Participating in drafting/editing project status reports, candidates’ appraisals;
  • Arranging and coordinating candidates’ interviews;
  • Inputting and updating data in the corporate database;
  • Directly reporting to Consultant/Head of the Department.

REQUIREMENTS:

  • Graduate student from the leading Moscow Universities, economic or technical faculties;
  • Analytical skills and natural curiosity;
  • Ability to prioritize and meet deadlines;
  • Strong details & results orientation;
  • Well-organized person;
  • Team-player and fast learner;
  • Excellent PC skills;
  • English language (written and spoken).

  

BASIC TERMS:

  • Paid internship for 3-4 months with an opportunity to become a Junior Consultant;
  • Flexible schedule;
  • Strong educational program.
