Join us as a department manager you’ll be running your own business from the start: Recruiting, training and managing your own team, planning your commercial activity and managing your stock to ensure you run a profitable business. It’s not a nine-to-five desk job, so you’ll need plenty of energy and a desire to work hands-on, in a customer-facing environment. In return you’ll get plenty of training and coaching, real responsibility, a competitive salary and benefits package and the opportunity to work with the sport you love. Responsibilities:
recruiting new team-players
train and develop your team
conduct merchandising and customer service
managing stocks

Requirements:
Sportive and energetic,
great sense of service and organized,
responsible and autonomous, team player
graduated (or this year will graduate) university
you know English or French
ready to move to another region in future 1-2 years
Conditions:
Salary from 35 000 RUB gross+ bonus

Les responsabilites

  • Vous serez responsable de votre equipe (recrutement, formation, developpement) de votre rayon (produit, mershandising, stock, chiffre d'affaire) et de vos clients (vente, satisfaction, creation evenement)

  • Salaire 35 000 rbe + prime + package social
  • Perceptive: futur directeur de magasin
