An Internship in M&A and Financing Group is a
unique opportunity, to participate in Public Private Partnership
projects, to gain knowledge and skills in researching and analyzing
information, financial modeling, and, finally, to take the first
step in building a career with an international advisory
company.
Responsibilities
Participating in analytical investment documents preparation /
project finance;
Assisting in financial modeling and helping to draft
certain sections of the deliverable documents (business plans,
information memoranda, etc);
Assistance in preparation for meetings with government
officials, construction companies, potential financiers;
Inputting into preparing presentations and pitch materials,
helping to draft contracts and other project-related
documents;
Participating in conducting market, industry and company
research.
Requirements
Degree in Economics, Finance or last year of program with the
possibility to work full time;
Knowledge of financial statements, as well as mechanics of
capital budgeting decisions, such as NPV, IRR, WACC, FCFF, FCFE,
etc.;
Knowledge of existing leading Russian public-private projects
such as Pulkovo airport, Nadex, Moscow-Saint-Petersburg toll
road;
Knowledge of Russian legislation about concession
agreements;
Desirable - general notion of forecasting process (how to
construct a cash inflows/outflows);
General understanding of possible sources of financing and
their requirements is desirable;
Previous work experience/ internship programs are a plus;
Preparation for ACCA and CFA exams/ passed exams are a
plus;
Good knowledge of Word, Power Point and Excel;
Good written and spoken English;
Good written and spoken Russian;
Ability and desire to work hard and learn quickly;
