Responsibilities:
·Perform ORM reviews
·Business Continuity Plans (BCP) coordination for location (communications with Corporate resiliency Team, communication with local teams, updating BCP in special application, preparation Business Impact Analysis for Lines of Business, the scorecard for Location)
·Business Control Committees (BCC) minutes preparation, follow up on actions required from BCC, preparing the Agenda and supporting documents
·LOC minutes preparation, follow up on actions required from Local Operating Committee (LOC), preparing the Agenda and supporting documents
·KPIs coordination (communication with different teams, updating the KPIs if required)
·Disaster Recovery (DR) requirements in terms of existing products and project agenda (communication with different departments), participation in DR testing and preparation stage
·Coordination of vendor documents scanning project
·Monitoring of Official request database to ensure that all requests are completed on time.
·Preparation of consolidated reports (KPIs, Regulatory reporting repository, LOC repository, etc).

Who we are looking for:
oExperience at senior manager or principal level within the financial services practice of a leading management consultancy, with a balance between strategy and operations focused client work. Critical will be demonstrated competency for high quality solution delivery, proven sales ability and be respected and well known in the Russian financial services sector. oSpecific experience across one or more of the following: Retail Banking, Retail Insurance, Cards & Payments, Corporate banking. oIndustry experience of a few years in a relevant financial institution would be a plus but not a pre-requisite. oDemonstrated track record of serving sophisticated financial services clients in analytically rigorous client engagement work and focused on "C-suite" decision makers. oDemonstrated track record of extending existing client relationships and introducing new ones. oSuccess in contributing to practice and firm building initiatives, including intellectual capital development, practice governance, consultant recruiting and development. Success in supporting account management initiatives to ensure penetration, relationship development and growth among key, emerging and target accounts.Demonstrated track record of working with other peers and partners oBachelor's Degree in a subject relevant to business from a well-regarded institution.
