There are made changes to the typical form of the Agreement on the mutual certificate of signatures 2008-09-26 08:00 NEWS OF THE FEDERAL LEGISLATION There are made changes to the typical form of the Agreement on the mutual certificate of signatures The order of the Ministry of Finance of the Russian Federation from September, 16th, 2008 N 96n (document is ins Russian) makes changes to Appendix N 1 "the Typical agreement on the mutual certificate of signatures" to the order of the Ministry of Finance of the Russian Federation from August, 21st, 2003 N 79n regarding introduction in the typical form of the agreement of positions about an order of a filing of application about the voluntary introduction in relations on obligatory pension insurance with a view of payment of additional insurance payments on a memory part of labour pension. Also fee term on drawing up of electronic statements of the insured persons about the voluntary introduction in relations on obligatory pension insurance and transfer of the specified statements to the Pension fund of the Russian Federation is defined at the conclusion of agreements in 2008.
