There are approved the new rates of export customs duties for raw oil and certain categories of goods manufactured from oil

In a partial change of the Decree of the RF Government N 695 of November 16, 2006 (document is in Russian), the Decree of the Government of the Russian Federation N 699 of September 19, 2008 (document is in Russian) decreases the rates of export customs duties for raw oil and certain categories of goods manufactured from oil exported from the Russian Federation territory outside the boarders of the states - participants of agreements about the Customs Union from October 1, 2008.

The Federal Tax Service brings to the notice for use at work data applying for calculation of the tax on extraction of bowels of the earth in respect of oil for august 2008

  The Letter of the Federal Tax Service of Russia N ShT-6-3/656@ of September 18, 2008 (document is in Russian) brings to the notice data applying for calculation of the tax on extraction of bowels of the earth in respect of oil for august 2008:

- middle level of prices on "Urals" oil at Mediterranean and Rotterdam markets of raw oil - 111,31 USD dollar per barrel;

- average USD dollar rate to RF rubble establishing by the RF Central Bank for all days of taxable period - 24,1354;

- value of Kc coefficient - 9,4609.

The amendments are made to the procedure of making up and submission of forms of accountability of credit institutions to the Central Bank of the Russian Federation

The amendments are made to the procedure of making up and submission of forms of accountability of credit institutions to the Central Bank of the Russian Federation

  The Direction of the Bank of Russia N 2055-U of August 26, 2008 (document is in Russian), putting into effect since October 1, 2008 (except certain provisions), makes amendments to the Direction of the Bank of Russia N 1376-U "On the list, forms and procedure for making up and submission of forms of accountability of credit institutions to the RF Central Bank" of January 16, 2004 (document is in Russian).

In particular, there is putted the new forms of accountability 0409116 "Information about securities acquired by credit institution", 0409117 "Data about large loans" , 0409316 "Information about housing credits" and procedures for completion thereof.

Forms of accountability and other information providing in the annex 2 to the Direction of the Bank of Russia N 1376-U shall be made up since October 1, 2008, except following forms.

Forms 0409116, 0409117, 0409118, 0409711 shall be made up with taking into account amendments from January 1, 2009.

Forms 0409302, 0409316, 0409404, 0409906 and 0409907 shall be made up with taking into account amendments as on January 1, 2009.
