In
accordance with
amendments, there is established in particular, that the
Procedure determines rules for opening and keeping of personal
accounts by territorial bodies of the Federal Treasury for accounting
of operations with funds arriving, in accordance with
legislative and other normative legal acts of the Russian Federation,
for temporary disposal of federal budget institutions and subdivisions
of receivers - court police officers joined into regional, interregional
or subdivisions of court police officers corresponding to them
in accordance with administrative and territorial division of
the Russian Federation subjects, headed by chief court police
officers, to whom entrusted the tasks on execution of court
acts, acts of other bodies.
These amendments shall put
into effect since September 13, 2008.
