There are approved the norms of profitability on investing capital
The Order of the Federal Service for Tariffs N 152-je/15 of
August 15, 2008 (document is in Russian) approves the norms
of profitability on investing capital for calculation of tariffs
on services on transfer electric power at territories of the
RF subjects with application of the method of profitability
of investing capital in nominal terms.
There is approved the procedure for cash servicing in the Bank of Russia institutions of credit institutions and other legal entities
The Direction of the Bank of Russia N 2060-U of August 27, 2008
(document is in Russian) approves the procedure for cash servicing
in head cash-settlement centers, cash-settlement centers, cash
centers, departments, operational administrations of territorial
institutions of the Bank of Russia, the First operational administration
of the Bank of Russia of credit institutions, branches of credit
institutions having correspondent sub-accounts in the Bank of
Russian institutions, branches of credit institutions not having
correspondent sub-accounts in the Bank of Russian institutions,
supplementary offices, credit and cash offices, operational
offices of credit institutions, other legal entities being not
credit institutions.
This
Direction shall out into effect since September 10, 2008.
