There is established that the
RF Ministry of Justice is authorized federal executive authority
on keeping and methodical supply of the federal registry of
municipal normative legal acts. At that, submission of information
included to the federal registry of municipal normative legal
acts to citizens and organizations shall be made through the
united site of state services with the Internet (state services
portal).
The federal registry of municipal normative legal
acts consists from registers of municipal normative legal acts
on the RF subjects, which are subjects for permanent storage
in the registry independently lost these acts their force or
not.
The procedure has lost its force for granting credits secured by pledge of bills, rights of claim under credit contracts of organizations or guarantees of credit institutions to credit institutions by the Bank of Russia
Credits
for period not more than 180 calendar days shall be granted
by the Bank of Russia in accordance with
the Statute of the Bank of Russia N 312-P of November 12, 2007
(document is in Russian). For secure such credits, banks may
grant assets only in the form of pledge of bills and (or) rights
of claim under credit contracts.
The Direction is subject for official publication in the
"News Bulletin of the Bank of Russia" and shall put
into effect since January 1, 2009.
