There is approved the temporary rate of import customs duty for skin plates for furniture made from exotic wood with thickness not more 1 mm
The Decree of the RF Government N 678 of September 12, 2008
(document is in Russian) approves the rate of import customs
duty for skin plates for furniture made from exotic wood with
thickness not more 1 mm
(code of the TN VED 4408 39 310 0) in the size equal to
zero for 9 months. Earlier for aforesaid goods, the rate of
import customs duty effected in the size of 10 percent from
customs cost.
The Decree shall put into effect upon expiration of one
month since the day of its official publication.

Procedure establishes that authorization of payment of monetary
obligations of the federal budget funds receivers and administrators
of financing resources of the federal budget deficit, which
personal accounts are opened in the Federal Treasury or a body
of the Federal Treasury, shall be made by the Federal Treasury
or a territorial body of the Federal Treasury on the basis of
the Application on cash expenditure or the Application on cash
receiving.
The Order of the Ministry of Finance of Russia N 87n of September
1, 2008 has been registered in the Russian Federation Ministry
of Justice as on September 15, 2008 with N 12283 and shall put
into effect since January 1, 2009 , except certain provisions,
which shall out into effect since January 1, 2010.
