The amendments are made to the procedure for submission to authorized banks of documents and information in the case of performance currency operations, the procedure for accounting currency operations and execution of passports of deals 2008-09-03 08:00
The Direction of the Bank of Russia N 2052-U of August 12, 2008 (document is in Russian) makes amendments to the Instruction of the Bank of Russia N 117-I "On the procedure for residents and non-residents to submit information to authorized banks in the case of performance of currency operations, procedure for accounting currency operations and execution of passports of deals by authorized banks" of June 15, 2004 (document is in Russian). In particular now the procedure for residents and non-residents to submit documents and information and accounting currency operations is not extending to operations performed with use of special banking accounts. So, there is changed: the procedures for submission of documents for drawing up, redrawing up and closure of passport of a deal, the procedures for completion of passport of a deal and inquiry on currency operations. This Direction shall put into effect upon expiration of 10 days after the day of its offical publication in the "News Bulletin of the Bank of Russia".
