There are approved the Rules of transfer of first and second copies of registrations of acts of civil status made by council institutions of the RF outside its territory to registry authorities at the RF territory
There is
established that council institutions provide storage of registrations
of acts of civil status made by them during one calendar year,
at that first and second copies of registrations of acts of
civil status are directed to the Ministry of Foreign Affaires
of Russia by next diplomatic mail, but not later than March
1 annually.
The Ministry of Foreign Affaires of Russia
shall transfer first and second copies of registrations of acts
of civil status made by council institutions, with annexed documents
and materials to storage up to April 1 of year following after
the year of registration. First copies of registrations of acts
of civil status with cases formed from documents being basements
for state registration of acts of civil status, materials about
changing of name, on making amendments and corrections to registration
of acts shall be transferred to executive authority of Moscow
city, organization of activity on state registration of acts
of civil status is under which authority at the territory of
Moscow city (or its structure subdivision) - authorized Moscow
Civil registry office.
So, the Order approves following
forms of documents:
- act on transfer of first and second
copies of registrations of acts of civil status to registry
authorities;
