There are determined the Specific features of customs clearance of goods in accordance with customs regime of supplies transportation, declared by means of submission of the Cargo customs declaration
So, there
is established that storage of goods of
2710 group of the TN VED of Russia placing under the customs
regime of supplies transportation is admitted in places being
under customs control including in warehouses of temporary storage,
customs warehouses, in customs control zones, as well as being
at cross-points, accumulation tanks and transport vehicles intended
for transportation and delivery to a transport vehicle loaded
by these goods.
Loading goods of aforesaid
group to a transport vehicle is provided in places determined
by customs bodies under agreement with cross-point administration.
In sea (river) ports, delivery of goods to a transport vehicle
is provided as by means of pipeline transport, so with use special
swimming vehicles and under permit of customs body - by motor
transport.
There are determined the places for declaring of a certain group of goods
The Order of the Federal Customs Service of Russia N 1010 of
August 18, 2008 (document is in Russian) determines the
places for declaring of goods classifying in the commodity position
of the TN VED of Russia (groundnut, not fried or not cooked
by any other way, husked or not husked, crushed or not crushed)
imported to the customs territory of the Russian Federation.
