Federal Executive authorities shall transfer to rendering state services referred to interchange of information included to data bases of informational systems of state bodies and bodies of local self-government
The Decree of the Government of the Russian Federation N 931
of December 25, 2007 (document is in Russian) determines
the measures for providing of transferring of federal executive
authorities to rendering state services to citizens and institutions
which referred to interchange of information included to data
bases of informational systems of federal executive authorities,
executive bodies of subjects of the Russian Federation, other
state bodies and bodies of self-government from January 1, 2008,
with use of soft-ware and telecommunication infrastructure of
General Russian state informational center pursuant to plan
approving by the Government of the Russian Federation.
There are approved the Rules of carrying out examination of availability in applications on issue of patent on invention or useful model created in the Russian Federation of information consisting the state secret
There are approved the requirements to construction, reconstruction and technical equipment of premises necessary for organization of boarder, customs and other kinds of control providing in pass points though the state boarder of the Russian Federation
The Decree of the Government of the Russian Federation N 930

outfit and technical equipment of premises necessary for organization
of boarder, customs and other kinds of control providing in
pass points though the state boarder of the Russian Federation,
with taking into account of specialization and classification
of pass points, planning capacity, as well as calculative number
of staff of subdivisions of boarder, customs and other kinds
of control creating in pass points.
