News of the Federal Legislation

There is established the size of living wage in the Russian Federation for period from 2005 till quarter II, 2007 2007-12-14 06:00 NEWS OF THE FEDERAL LEGISLATION There is established the size of living wage in the Russian Federation for period from 2005 till quarter II, 2007 The Decree of the Government of the Russian Federation N 841 of December 4, 2007 (document is in Russian) establishes the size of living wage per capita and on basic social-demographic groups of population as a whole in the Russian Federation (quarterly) from 2005 till quarter II, 2007.   In particular, the size of living wage for quarter II 2007 consists: as calculated per capita - 2451 ruble; for able to work population - 2690 ruble; for pensioners - 1849 ruble; for children - 2394 ruble, that is more than it was established by the Decree of the Government of the Russian Federation N 105 of March 2, 2005 (document is in Russian) for quarter IV, 2004 accordingly 1358, 1426, 1184 and 1253 ruble. There is established the procedure for granting of credits secured with assets to credit institutions by the Bank of Russia 2007-12-14 06:00 NEWS OF THE FEDERAL LEGISLATION There is established the procedure for granting of credits secured with assets to credit institutions by the Bank of Russia The Provisions of the Bank of Russia N 312-P of November 12, 2007 (document is in Russian) establishes the procedure for granting of credits secured with assets to credit institutions by the Bank of Russia. This Provisions shall come into effect upon expiration of 10 days from the day of its official publication in the "News Bulletin of the Bank of Russia".
