There is approved the new form of inquiry about sums of the uniform social tax paid for expired tax period by the bar, bureau of lawyers or legal advice office for lawyer

The Order of the Federal Tax Service of Russia N MM-3-05/645@ of November 22, 2007 (document is in Russian) approves the form of inquiry about sums of the uniform social tax paid for expired tax period by the bar, bureau of lawyers or legal advice office for lawyer from January 1, 2008, which is obligatory for submission by lawyers to tax body when tax declaration on the uniform social tax is submitted, in accordance with clause 7 of article 244 of the Russian Federation Tax Code (document is in Russian).

Codes of operation are given in the new wording, which was included to the Annex to the Procedure for completion of the tax declaration on the value-added tax

Form the beginning of submission of tax declaration on the value-added tax for the first quarter 2008, the Order of the Ministry of Finance of the Russian Federation N 113n of November 21, 2007 (document is in Russian) specifies the list of codes of operations included the Annex to the Procedure for completion of the tax declaration on the value-added tax approved by the Order of the Ministry of Finance of the Russian Federation N 136n "On approval of the form of tax declaration on the value-added and Procedure for completion thereof" of November 7, 2006 (document is in Russian).

The Directions of the Bank of Russia "On Accounting of Operations of Granting and Redemption of Credits of the Bank of Russia (day credits, overnight credits and pawn shop credits) in Credit Institutions" is lost its force

In accordance with adoption of the Provisions of the Bank of Russia N 302-P "On the rules of accounting in credit institutions located in the Russian Federation" of March 26, 2007 (document is in Russian), the Directions of the Bank of Russia N 1190-U "On Accounting of Operations of Granting and Redemption of Credits of the Bank of Russia (day credits, overnight credits and pawn shop credits) in Credit Institutions" of September 2, 2002 (document is in Russian) is lost its force.
