In particular, the size
of living wage for quarter II 2007 consists: as calculated per
capita - 2451 ruble; for able to work population - 2690 ruble;
for pensioners - 1849 ruble; for children - 2394 ruble,
that is more than it was established by
the Decree of the Government of the Russian Federation N 105
of March 2, 2005 (document is in Russian) for quarter IV,
2004 accordingly 1358, 1426, 1184 and 1253 ruble.
The amendments are made to the Instruction of the Bank of Russia "On bank operations and other deals of settlement non-bank credit institutions, obligatory norms of the latter"
The amendments are made to the Provisions of the Bank of Russia "On the procedure of formation of reserves for possible losses by credit institutions" and "On establishing sizes (limits) of open currency positions, methods of calculation thereof"
There is approved the procedure for calculation of the size of market risk by credit institutions
The Provisions of the Bank of Russia N 313-P of November 14,
2007 (document is in Russian) establishes the procedure
for calculation of the size of market risk by credit institution,
that is risk of arising of financial losses for credit institution
as a result of changing of current (fair) value of financial
instruments named in
clause 1.1 of this Provisions, as well as rates of exchange
and (or) accounting prices for precious metals.
