The amendments are made to the Federal Act "On investment funds" and certain legislative acts of the Russian Federation
The Federal Act N 334-FZ of December 6, 2007 (document is
in Russian) makes amendments to
the Federal Act N 156-FZ "On investments funds" of
November 29, 2001 (document is in Russian) and to a number
of legislative acts, which concern improvement of state regulation
of activities of joint-stock investment funds, managing companies,
specialized depositaries and non-state pension funds and state
control over performance of aforesaid activities, including
the way of their licensing, and on this base - extension of
possibilities on investing of funds, in particular by means
of putting in the institute of qualified investor.

in Russian) makes amendments to a number of legislative acts
of the Russian Federation, and in accordance with them there
are ascertained basements for arising, restriction, suspension,
as well as procedure for realization of the right for catch
of water bioresources referred to fiching objects.
