The Constitutional Court of the Russian Federation moves to Saint-Petersburg 2007-12-27 06:00 NEWS OF THE FEDERAL LEGISLATION The Constitutional Court of the Russian Federation moves to Saint-Petersburg By the Edict of the President of the RF from December, 23rd, 2007 N 1740 (document is in Russian) there is established the period from February the 1st till 20th of May, 2008 during which the Constitutional Court of the Russian Federation moves to Saint-Petersburg. The Edict certains the measures directed on granting to judges of the Constitutional Court of the Russian Federation, and also by employee of premises in Saint-Petersburg, maintenance of the specified persons with medical, sanatorium, social, transport service and other conditions.
