There is given in the new wording a number
of items of
Section I of the Annex to
the Decree of the Government of the Russian Federation N 876
of December 30, 2006, which establishes payment rates for
draft (withdrawal) of water resources from surface water objects
or their separate parts (except seas) within the value of permitted
draft (withdrawal) of water resources established by water use
contract.
There is given in the new wording the Instruction on the Procedure of Opening and Keeping by the Federal Treasury and its territorial bodies of Personal Accounts for Registering Operations on Execution of Federal Budgetary Expenditures
