There is approved the Statute on carrying out of examinations of institutions, control and supervision over which are entrusted to the Federal Service for Financial Markets

approves
the Statute establishing the requirements to carrying out
of examinations of issuers, joint-stock investment funds, subjects
of relations on formation and investing of funds of pension
accumulations, subjects of relations on non-state pension security,
obligatory pension insurance and professional pension insurance,
mortgage agents managing with mortgage cover and specialized
depositaries of mortgage cover, professional participants of
securities market, managing companies of joint-stock investment
funds, share investment funds and non-state pension funds, specialized
depositaries of investments funds, investment funds, non-state
pension funds and other organizations, credit histories bureaus
and housing accumulative cooperatives, their self-regulating
organizations licensed by the Federal Service for Financial
Markets of Russia, performance of control and supervision over
which in entrusted to the Federal Service for Financial Markets
of Russia, as well as it determines the rights and duties of
inspectors of the Federal Service for Financial Markets of Russia,
territorial bodies of the Federal Service for Financial Markets
of Russia, authorized employees of federal executive authorities,
authorized employees of self-regulating institutions and examined
institutions when examinations are carried out.
