There is established that for purposes of
application of aforesaid rate good shall be determined by code
of
the TN VED of Russia exclusively and name of the goods is
given only for comfort use.
Aforesaid
Decree shall come into effect from December 27, 2007.
There is approved the procedure for supplies of liquefied carbureted hydrogen gases
The Decree of the Government of the Russian Federation N 902
of December 20, 2007 (document is in Russian) establishes
that the Federal Agency for Energy shall develop and approve
schedule of supplies for supplies of liquefied carbureted hydrogen
gases for providing domestic needs of population in 2008 monthly
before 1 day of month previous to the day of supplies, on the
basis of values of their manufacture and consumption.
Drawing
up of supplies of liquefied carbureted hydrogen gases (
codes of the TN VED of Russia 2711 12 110 0 -
2711 19 000 0,
2901 10 000 0) for export shall be provided by customs bodies
under the term of submission of resource inquiries by oil and
oil and gas-transferring companies, which confirm availability
of aforesaid production in organization making supplies of liquefied
carbureted hydrogen gases for export in values sufficient for
export with taking into account of fulfillment of supplies schedule.
