My ideas is:

A: 3771, 9817, 9850, 9857 are player on the Turkish Red Crescent
Net AND on these two unid Turkish nets.
B: These nets are part of an larger "Emergency" system?
maybe the two unid nets are Civil Protection? and/or Military?
C: 3771, 9817, 9850, 9857 are maybe a kind of (regional) "joint agency
emergency centers/HQs" as they act on all 3 nets?
Or they are just guests or "gateways" or a kind "connection
bureau".
D: Or they are any "governmental" stations to contact/supervise these
emergency agencies.

Any ideas ?
Any additions ?

and here are ALF's ALE loggings

Totally new for me is the net on 5555 kHz with players
EO1MANDO
EO1MANDO
PCBRIMARMANDO
At the same time some weak Spanish language traffic was heard,
prob. South American. Related to the ALE?

Who is the HF-GCS player "HLCR" ? The voice callsign "could"
sounded like "VICTOR (?) 91" ???

Who are the DIV# idents, first time a DIV3 was reported on 8625 kHz
some time ago and now DIV9 with LP2 on 6735 kHz, both gave the
AMD "DIAL4" (but not related to the Corpo Carabinieri...)

New UNIDs are
5725.0 > with "231901" (was reported on 5060 before)
6864.5 > with "9200"
6989.5 > with "Z02" and "Z06"; Z06 reported on 5816.5 kHz before
7000.0 > with "ESD" and "AKK"; "ROW" was seen some days before

A friend requested me to ask the list about the following new unid
14260 kHz > with "AJP004", "AJR010", "AJP219", "AHP042"

Any ideas or comments ??

Another catch up log. Not much time for knob twisting lately. There seems to be a narrow azimuth window/conditions for the south Pacific NDBs I have Dxed the last year.

They are not strong or persistent - patience is a virtue! AOP is a challenge as the USB is covered and unreadable by DGPS and the LSB is really not in the clear here. LSB

of SON covered by a carrier. When I went to plot SON in GeoClock I found that the grayline had just passed over the location about 30 minutes or so earlier. SON is on a

line kind of between PNI and NF, TVL is farther and RG is closer. TUT is a challenge as the U/L are swamped by USA NDBs/carriers.

Here are the logs from the past few days listening sessions. I've been
pretty busy editing OTR (Old Time Radio) files so haven't had as many late
night sessions. Last night's session was relatively short as it seemed that
the band wasn't all that good (or I started too early ;-)

The logs, all either new for the Winter 07-08 listening season, OR new first
time heard beacons (*).

Good domestic conditions last night; I hunted for MN for awhile, of course
with lots of diversions along the way. I could have spent 2 more hours but
had to get up early.
North Pacific conditions were poor; I was trying for some of Mark M's
amazing 424 Japanese reception, using the frisnet navtex decoder.
Occasionally a second of decode would produce some text. Hopefully I'll
catch a time of good propagation, and try it again.
Our first real snow last night, with 2". After several weeks of mild temps,
it turned cold and the rain became snow.

Also new is a Quantum QX Loop v2.0 that Gerry tuned for use on LW for me. It took a bit longer than anticipated to get this online since the fine delivery people managed to

damage it in a way Gerry has never seen before. He got it fixed right up for me and it's what I've been using since the 14th. All the Navtex plus only my second beacon from

Missouri were received with the new antenna.

Even though we've had a few weeks of decent weather here, it looks like storms are on the horizon for the CLE. That extra day will come in handy.

There is a mistake with the logs that I've been sending a few days ago. It is not the DX Antwerp club that made the logs but I did as a member of this club. Most of the other

members were busy to log broadcast stations our utility stations, HFDL, ALE and such modes. Is it possible to change it to my name please. I'm the only one who put is

logs to the Reu list. It's a pity actually that no more members listen to the NBD's. Only Patrick, Guido and I sending our logs to the REU-database.

These are my logs from Willebroek.

Conditions from the PNW last night were a complete change from the normal
strong E-W propagation that has been the norm of the past week. There were
almost no signals east of Saskatchewan but excellent signals from the S-E
and Texas in particular, no doubt due to the mild auroral conditions from
the recent coronal-hole stream. Several new catches and the interesting
conditions kept me at it until 0100 local time when some very strong signals
from Alaska were coming through...but, staying up so late meant no
pre-sunrise check of Alaska for anything new.

Left the gear running on 518khz and was lucky enough to snag $012Q - Long Beach,
California. I believe the whole capture has a bout 3 different messages in it
but the first received is by far the best. One other thing is that the RX fits
the 8:45 utc time slot as this was at 0910 utc.
