There has been putted into effect the Procedure for carrying out of customs operations with goods at arrival to the customs territory of the Russian Federation in sea ports and transfer of them from places of arrival to places of temporary storage 2010-07-29 08:00 NEWS OF THE FEDERAL LEGISLATION There has been putted into effect the Procedure for carrying out of customs operations with goods at arrival to the customs territory of the Russian Federation in sea ports and transfer of them from places of arrival to places of temporary storage On July 29, 2010, there has been putted into effect the Order of the Federal Customs Service N 510 of March 18, 2010 (document is in Russian) (has been registered in the RF Ministry of Justice N 16991 of April 23, 2010), which has approved the Procedure for carrying out of customs operations with goods at arrival to the customs territory of the Russian Federation in sea ports and transfer of them from places of arrival to places of temporary storage determining the procedure for customs clearance and customs control of goods arriving in containers to customs territory of the Russian Federation through sea ports to cross the RF state boarder or sea ports opened for international goods transportation and foreign vessels entry, and transferring to temporary storage warehouses locating outside the boarders of sea ports.
