NEWS OF THE FEDERAL LEGISLATION

The List of forms of individual (personalized) record-keeping documents in the compulsory pension insurance system is added with new reporting forms

In the purposes of implementation of the Federal Act N 213-FZ of July 24, 2009 "On amendments to certain legislative acts of the Russian Federation and considering certain legislative acts (provisions of legislative acts) of the Russian Federation as lost their force in accordance with adoption of the Federal Act "On insurance fees to the Pension Fund of the Russian Federation, the Social Insurance Fund of the Russian Federation, the Federal Fund of Compulsory Medical Insurance and Territorial Funds of Compulsory Medical Insurance" (document is in Russian), the Instruction on making individual (personalized) record-keeping of information about insured persons approved by the Order of the Ministry of Public Health and Social Development of Russia N 987n of December 19, 2009 (document is in Russian), by the Decree of the Board of the Russian Federation Pension Fund N 166p of July 7, 2007 (document is in Russian), the amendments have been putted to the Decree of the Board of the Russian Federation Pension Fund N 192p of July 31, 2006 (document is in Russian), by which the List of forms of individual (personalized) record-keeping documents in the compulsory pension insurance system is added with new reporting forms is added with the forms ADV-6-2 "List of information submitting by an insurant to the Russian Federation Pension Fund", ADV-6-3 "List of documents about charged and paid insurance fees and pensionable service of insured persons submitting by an insurant to the Russian Federation Pension Fund", SZV-6-1 "Information about charged and paid insurance fees on compulsory pension insurance and pensionable service of insured persons", SZ-6-2 "Registry of information about charged and paid insurance fees on compulsory pension insurance and pensionable service of insured persons. So the amendments have been putted to the rules of completion of the forms.
