There have been established the grounds to carry the consent of a state customer for transfer of the right on united technology of civil purposes for use at territories of foreign states 2010-07-22 08:00 NEWS OF THE FEDERAL LEGISLATION There have been established the grounds to carry the consent of a state customer for transfer of the right on united technology of civil purposes for use at territories of foreign states By the Decree of the RF Government N 515 of July 14, 2010 (document is in Russian), there are approved the Rules for carrying the consent of a state customer or a disposer of budget funds for transfer of the right on united technology of civil purposes created for budget funds or with attraction of them for using at territories of foreign states . To carry the consent of a state customer for transfer of the right on united technology for using at territories of foreign states, the person, to whom the right on united technology belongs, submits to a state customer the application, as well as other documents established by the Rules. The documents necessary to carry the consent are subjects for consideration by a state customer during 2 months since the day of receipt. Under results of consideration of the application with taking into account of submitted documents and information, a state customer makes written motivated decision about consent or not consent on transfer of the right on united technology for using at territories of foreign states.
