Customs Code of the Customs Union determined that a united
customs territory of the Customs Union consists of the territory
of the Republics of Belarus, Kazakhstan and of the Russian Federation.
On May 28, 2010 Russia and Kazakhstan signed an agreement
on the Customs Code - without participation of the Republic
of Belarus, which did not send its representatives to the procedure.
Please, note that on July 5, 2010 at the meeting of heads
of the states - members of the Customs Union in Astana they
will consolidate the actions that fully launch the Customs union
and common customs territory, including the ending of customs
control at the borders of member-countries.
Approved rates of export customs duties on crude oil and some petroleum products
The Decree of the Russian Government N 472 issued on June,
26, 2010 (document is in Russian) approved rates of export customs duties on crude oil and
certain types of goods produced from crude oil that are exported
outside the territory of the Russian Federation and the territories
of the States - participants of the Customs Union.
