The list of documents attached to the notice of organizing promotional lottery is amended 2010-07-05 08:00
Federal Law N 130-FZ dated June, 29, 2010 "On Amendments to Article 7 of the Federal Law on lotteries” (document is in Russian) , found that a notice of a promotional lottery, based on which arises a right to conduct a lottery, shall be supported by a certificate of the tax authorities on the absence of arrears of taxes and fees.

Features are approved by the Direction of the Bank of Russia N 2459-U dated June 3, 2010 (document is in Russian) and are applied from July,1, 2010. According to the features while assessing the credit risk, credit institution has the right not to change the assessment of the quality of the debt servicing on the loan, drawn in accordance with subparagraph 1.1 of paragraph 1 of the Decree N 2156-U of the Bank of Russia on Dec. 23, 2008 (document is in Russian) . This holds true in case there is no arrears (principal and (or) on interests) on the loan on the evaluation date. It is also established that the Statement of the Bank of Russia N 254-P dated March 26, 2004 "On credit organization forming reserves for possible loan losses, loan and similar debt" (document is in Russian) is used taking into consideration the Direction of the Bank of Russia N 2459-U dated June 3, 2010 .
