There has been adopted a number of federal directing to counteraction to corruption
The Federal Act N 273-FZ "On counteraction to corruption"
of December 25, 2008 establishes the basic principals of
counteraction to corruption, legal and organizational basements
for prevention to corruption and struggle with it, minimization
or (and) liquidation of consequences of corruption infringements.
The Act is the basic act in the system of measures for corruption
prevention, determines corruption as social and legal occurrence,
corruption infraction as separate corrupt expression involving
discipline, administrative, criminal and other responsibility,
and counteraction to corruption as coordinated activity of federal
bodies of state power, bodies of state power of subjects of
the Russian Federation, bodies of local self-government of municipal
formation, civil societies institutes, organizations and natural
persons for prevention of corruption, criminal proceeding for
persons made corruption crimes.
