The amendments are made to the procedure for determination of need in attraction of foreign employees and formation of quotas for labor activity in the RF by foreign citizens 2008-12-10 06:00 NEWS OF THE FEDERAL LEGISLATION The amendments are made to the procedure for determination of need in attraction of foreign employees and formation of quotas for labor activity in the RF by foreign citizens In the purposes of improvement of machinery for attraction and use of foreign labor, the Decree of the RF Government N 916 of December 8, 2008 (document is in Russian) makes amendments to the Rules for state executive authorities to determine a demand for foreign laborers and form quotas for performance of labor activities by foreign citizens in the Russian Federation approved by the Decree of the RF Government N 783 "On the procedure for state executive authorities to determine a demand for foreign laborers and form quotas for performance of labor activities by foreign citizens in the Russian Federation" of December 22, 2006 (document is in Russian) in the part of increasing of sizes of distribution of the quota on issue of invitations to foreign citizens on entrance to the Russian Federation in labor purposes and the quota on issue of permits for work from 30 up to 50 percents from the approved quota value for possible correction of quotas on the Russian Federation subjects.   So, there is putted the norm about possible decreasing of size of need determined on current year for attraction of foreign employees and the size of quotas approved on current year, if such necessity shall arise in accordance with worsening of the situation at labor market.
