There is approved the Statute on patent and other fees for performance of legally important actions 2008-12-17 06:00 NEWS OF THE FEDERAL LEGISLATION There is approved the Statute on patent and other fees for performance of legally important actions The Decree of the RF Government N 941 of December 10, 2008 (document is in Russian) approves the Statute on patent and other fees for performance of legally important actions concerning a patent on invention, useful model, design invention, with state registration of trade mark and service mark, with state registration and granting of the exclusive right on place of origin of a good, as well as with the state registration of transfer of exclusive rights to other persons and contracts on disposition with these rights. The Statute is approved in accordance with article 1249 of the RF Civil Code (document is in Russian) and establishes the list of patent and other fees collecting for performance of legally important actions, sizes, the procedure and periods for payments of the fees, as well as basements for exemption from payment of fees and reducing of their sizes.
