- to 100 rubles of the state duty
size collecting from natural persons and institutions for the
state registration of right, encumbrances of the right on land
plots from lands of agriculture purpose, deals on which base
the rights on them shall be encumbered;
- 50 rubles
of the state duty size collecting from natural persons and institutions
for the state registration of share in the general ownership
right on land plots from lands of agriculture purpose;
Besides
natural persons and institutions are exempted from payment of
the state duty for state registration of encumbrances of the
right on land plots used for North deer breeding.
The Act shall putt into effect upon expiration of one month
from the day of its official publication.
The amendments concern to the order of transfer
of the right on mortgage, in particular there are determined
the rights and duties of legal owners of mortgage the rights
on which are taken into account in a depositary, as well as
the rights and duties of a debtor and a depositary on such mortgage.
So the amendments regulate the procedures on state registration
of hypothec and drawing up of mortgage.
The Federal Act shall putt into effect upon expiration of
one month from the day of its official publication.
- there are not subjects for insurance monetary
funds placed at banking accounts (deposits) of lawyers, notaries
and other persons is such accounts (deposits) were opened for
professional activity provided by federal act;
- banks
are obliged to record not only obligations to depositors but
counter demands;
- natural persons accruing in inheritance order
the right of claim on deposit after arising of an insured accident,
accrue the rights of depositor in the case if insurance money
was not paid to depositor;
- the Agency on insurance
of deposits makes functions of competitive manager (liquidator)
at bankruptcy of credit institutions and has the right to perform
operations on realization of ownership being secure of credit
institutions obligations - the Bank of Russia cosignatories
on credits;
- payments of insurance fees is made during
25 days, not 5 as it was established earlier.
So there
is changed the procedure for informational interaction between
the Bank of Russia and the Agency on insurance of deposits and
the procedure for amendments to the registry of banking obligations
to depositors. Besides there are established the cases for consideration
of banking financial stability as insufficient and the procedure
of the Bank of Russia activities in such cases.
