There are approved the united rates of customs duties in respect of cars imported by natural persons to the customs territory of the Russian Federation 2008-12-12 06:00
The Decree of the RF Government N 943 of December 10, 2008 (document is in Russian) makes amendments to the Statute about application of united rates of customs duties, taxes approved by the Decree of the RF Government N 718 of November 29, 2003 . In particular, in respect of cars from the moment of which output not more than 3 years has passed, except cars which country of origin is the Russian Federation, cost of which not more than 325 ths. rubles, the rate is established in the size of 54 percent of customs cost, but not less than 2,5 euro per 1 cc of engine capacity (earlier the rate was effect in the size of 48 percent of customs cost). The Decree shall putt into effect from January 12, 2009.
The amendments are made to the Customs Tariff of the Russian Federation 2008-12-12 06:00
For the period from January 1, 2009 up to December 31, 2009, the Decree of the RF Government N 918 of December 8, 2008 (document is in Russian) approves the new rates of import customs duties in respect of certain kinds of cattle, pork and poultry meat included to the Foreign Trade Economic Commodity Nomenclature of the Russian Federation (document is in Russian). The Decree of the Government of the Russian Federation N 936 of December 10, 2008 (document is in Russian) approves the rates of import customs duties in respect of natural rubber (codes 4001 22 000 0, 4001 29 000 0 of the TN VED of Russia) in the size equal to zero for 9 months. The Decree shall putt into effect upon expiration of one month since the day of its official publication.
