There is determined the procedure for application of rates of import customs duties in respect of car components importing for industrial assembling
The Decree of the RF Government N 944 of December 10, 2008
(document is in Russian) establishes that car components being
subjects of agreements about industrial assembling of motor
transport vehicles of commodity positions
8701 -
8705 of the TN VED of Russia, their modules and units concluded
between federal executive authority and Russian legal entities,
being placed under the customs regime of issue for internal
consumption, in respect of which according rates of import customs
duties were applied, shall be issued for free circulation after
payment of customs duties, taxes and observance of all restrictions
established pursuant to the legislation of the Russian Federation
on state regulation of foreign economic activity. The Decree
shall putt into effect since the day of its official publication
and shall be applied to legal relations arising from May 15,
2005.
There is putted into effect the procedure for making of annual report by a credit institution
The Direction of the Bank of Russia N 2089-U of October 8, 2008
(document is in Russian) is putted into effect form December
15, 2008, which establishes the composition of annual report
of credit institution, carrying out of previous to its making
measures, the procedure for making of the report and reflection
of events after reporting date, as well as the procedure for
book-entry accounting of operations of balance reformation performed
under results of stock-holders annual meeting.
The Direction shall be applied from the beginning of making
of annual report for 2008.
