There is approved the regulations of free informing of taxpayers by tax bodies
The Order of the Ministry of Finance of Russia N 9n of January
18, 2008 (document is in Russian) approves the Administrative
regulations of the Federal Tax Service on execution of state
function of free informing (including in written form) of taxpayers,
payers of collections and tax agents about effecting taxes and
duties, legislation on taxes and duties and normative legal
acts adopted in accordance with them, procedure for calculation
and payment of taxes and duties, rights and duties of taxpayers,
payers of collections and tax agents, authorities of tax agents
and their officials, as well as on submission of forms of tax
declarations (calculations) and explanation of procedure for
completion thereof.
The regulations establish the periods
and sequence of tax bodies officials' activities for receipt
of documents and making answers on taxpayers' questions.
There are approved the provisions on registration of organization rules and making internal control in managing company, specialized depositary and non-state pension fund
