The Decision of the RF Supreme Court N GKPI07-1022 of January 16, 2008 (document is in Russian) has considered as invalid and being not subject for application since the day of enforcement of this decision subclause "a" of clause 9 of the Rules of use with dwelling premises approved by the Government of the Russian Federation N 25 of January 21, 2006 (document is in Russian), in those measure where this norm requires the agreement (in the written form) of lessor for taking in dwelling premise occupied by lessee under a contract of social rent of lessee's husband (wife), children and parents.
