There are made changes to some Edicts of the President of the Russian Federation in connection with creation of the State corporation on an atomic energy "Rosatom"
In particular,
the State corporation on an atomic energy "Rosatom"
is included in the list of the Russian legal entities in which
property there can be nuclear materials (except for nuclear
materials which can exclusively be in the federal property),
and also in the list of the Russian legal entities in which
property there can be the nuclear installations approved by
the Edict of the President of the Russian Federation from April,
27th, 2007 N 556 (document is in Russian).
Besides
it is established, that up to the statement by the State corporation
on an atomic energy "Rosatom" when due hereunder the
list of the data which are a subject of secret, this State corporation
disposes of the data making the state secret, transferred to
it by Federal agency on an atomic energy, according to the list
of the data which are a subject of secret, which is approved
by named Federal agency.
There are certain the places of declaring of separate kinds of the goods
By
the order of the Federal Customs Service from October, 17th,
2007 N 1283 (document is in Russian) there are certain places
of declaring of the goods classified in commodity
group 02 (meat and a food meat offal) according to the commodity
nomenclature of foreign trade activities of Russia, imported
on customs territory of the Russian Federation and placed under
a customs mode of release for internal consumption. The order
inures on April, 15th, 2008.
