There has been regulated the procedure for conclusion of contracts of banking deposits and approved the Procedure for calculation of limit placing of the federal budget funds to banking deposits for a credit institution
There is approved the Instruction on making certain customs operations at use of customs regime of processing outside the customs territory
The Order of the Federal Customs Service of Russia N 267 March
14, 2008 (document is in Russian) approves
the Instruction on making certain customs operations at use
of customs regime of processing outside the customs territory
determining that the permit for processing of goods outside
the customs territory shall be issued to declarant on the basis
of his written application on processing of goods outside the
customs territory. For receiving of the permit for processing
of goods outside the customs territory, declarant shall submit
the application on processing of goods to the customs, in activity
region of which he has been registered as taxpayer in
accordance with RF legislation on taxes and duties. The Instruction
determines the information being subject for reflection in the
application, as well as documents conforming declared information.
