The international documents have been ratified 2008-03-31 08:00 NEWS OF THE FEDERAL LEGISLATION The international documents have been ratified By the Federal Act N 31-FZ of March 29, 2008 (document is in Russian), the Russian Federation has joined to the Agreement between the Governments of the Kingdom of Denmark, the Republic of Estonia, the Republic of Finland, the Federal Republic of Germany, the Republic of Latvia, the Republic of Lithuania, the Republic of Poland, the Russian Federation and the Kingdom of Sweden on Privileges and Immunities of the Baltic Marine Environment Protection Commission of February 2, 1998. The Federal Act N 32-FZ of March 29, 2008 (document is in Russian) has ratified the Protocol to the Agreement on partnership and cooperation establishing partnership between the Russian Federation on the one hand, and the European communities and their states-members on the other hand, taking into account joining of the Republic of Bulgaria and Romania to the European Union assigned in Luxembourg city as on April 23, 2007. The Federal Act N 33-FZ of March 29, 2008 (document is in Russian) has ratified the Agreement between the Russian Federation and the Kingdom of Norway on delimitation of ocean spaces in the Varanger Fjord region (document is in Russian) assigned in Moscow city as on July 11, 2007. There is prolonged the validity period of the rates of export customs duties for wheat, meslin and barley 2008-03-31 08:00 NEWS OF THE FEDERAL LEGISLATION There is prolonged the validity period of the rates of export customs duties for wheat, meslin and barley The Decree of the Government of the Russian Federation N 225 of March 29, 2008 (document is in Russian) prolongs the validity period of the rates of export customs duties for wheat, meslin and barley exported outside the boarders of states - participants of Customs Union Agreements approved by the Decree of the Government of the Russian Federation N 660 of October 10, 2007 (document is in Russian) up to June 30, 2008 inclusively. The Decree shall come into effect upon expiration of one month after the day of its official publication. There have been adopted a number of documents concerning to investment contracts in respect of items of immovable property being within of federal ownership 2008-03-31 08:00 NEWS OF THE FEDERAL LEGISLATION There have been adopted a number of documents concerning to investment contracts in respect of items of immovable property being within of federal ownership For execution of the Decree of the Government of the Russian Federation N 505 "On the procedure for federal executive authorities to make decisions on giving consent for making deals on drawing of investments with respect to items of immovable property falling in federal ownership" of August 10, 2007 (document is in Russian), the Ministry of Economical Development and Trade of the Russian Federation has adopted a number of documents: the Order of the Ministry of Economical Development and Trade of the Russian Federation N 64 of March 6, 2008 (document is in Russian) approves the Model task for making appraisal of market cost of the right for conclusion of investment contracts in respect of items of immovable property being within of federal ownership. the Order of the Ministry of Economical Development and Trade of the Russian Federation N 61 of March 6, 2008 (document is in Russian) approves the Model form of investment contracts in respect of items of immovable property being within of federal ownership.
