There is approved the Statute on licensing of activity referred to turnover of drugs and psychotropic substances recorded in the List I in accordance with the Federal Act "On drugs and psychotropic substances"
The license on providing
of aforesaid activity shall be granted for 5 years. Validity
period of the license may be prolonged in the procedure provided
for license conversion.
Besides, the state duty shall
be paid for consideration of application on granting of the
license by licensing body, as well as for its granting or conversion,
in order and sizes established by the legislation of the Russian
Federation on taxes and duties.
