The amendments are made to article 3 of the Russian Federation Criminal-Executive Code
In purposes
of improvement of criminal-executive legislation and bringing
of its provisions into uniformity with provisions of international
law, as well as with taking into account of norms of international
legislation,
the Federal Act N 40-FZ of April 3, 2008 (document is in
Russian) makes amendments to
part 1 of article 3 of the RF Criminal-Executive Code (document
is in Russian), which joint
part 1 and
3 of aforesaid article. In accordance with amendments, criminal-executive
legislation of the Russian Federation and practice of its application
are based on
the Russian Federation Constitution, acknowledged principals
and norms of international legislation and international agreements
of the Russian Federation being a component of legal system
of the Russian Federation, including strict observance of guarantees
of protection from tortures, violence and other inhuman or disgracing
human dignity treatment with convicts.
There has been adopted the Federal Act "On execution of the federal budget for 2006"
The Federal Act N 36-FZ of April 3, 2008 (document is in
Russian) approves the report about execution of the federal
budget for 2006 on incomes in the amount of 6278888405,4 thousand
rubles and expenditures in the amount of 4284803300,2 thousand
rubles, with exceeding of incomes over expenditures (surplus
of the federal budget) in the size of 1994085105,2 thousand
rubles.
In accordance
with amendments the Federal Service on Defense Order shall make
licensing of certain kinds of activity in the sphere of state
defense order in accordance with legislation of the Russian
Federation.
Classification of informational
systems shall be carried out by state bodies, municipal bodies,
legal entities and natural persons organizing and (or) processing
of personal data, as well as determining purposes and content
of personal data processing.
