Business Craft Consult LLC is a professional services company that specializes in IT recruitment across all verticals to meet full-time and consulting hiring needs for its client base in Russia.

The company’s vision is to place quality candidates into challenging IT positions and grow to become one of the biggest and best IT professional services in the industry. We specialize in sourcing and short-listing candidates for all types of Information Technology & computer operations requirements. 

Currently, we are working with the banking industry and a host of high tech companies. 

Here, we are looking for recruiters to work with us in full as IT recruiters. 

Job Details: 

  • Understanding the clients requirements 
  • Updating the Job Portals with job requirements
  • Sourcing and shortlisting the candidates
  • Acquire candidate information, testimonials and references from previous employers (to evaluate education and experience).
  • Carry out professional and psychological testing (can be applied if necessary to confirm the impression or opinion of the candidate's professional knowledge and skills or personality, made or reached during the interview).
  • Preparation of information about candidates on the corporate form;
  • Prepare submittals (resumes and skills) of candidates to our clients
  • Inform the client on the progress.

Requirements:

  • Higher education
  • No previous recruitment experience is required
  • English language - a good operating level
  • PC literacy
  • Be ready to work with great volume of the information

Compensation:

  • Base monthly salary 15000 Rub gross + bonus; 
  • Office located near Ploshshad Revolyutsii / Kitay Gorod.
