Такой вопрос: Подпись может создавать в произвольном порядке. Как сделать, что подпись была обязательно во всех письмах.
Есть документ, а у него ряд документов-ответов. Есть ли в Lotus, такая возможность представлять документ-ответ в новой вкладки таблицы документа-родителя?
Или есть в Lotus объект типа структура, который можно встроить в документ?
На данные момент когда приходит почта идет отображение - ИОФ. Что нужно поменять в почтовом шаблоне (какие поля и т.д.), чтобы отправитель отображался как ФИО.

Idea:
I would like to see an option in de quickr plugin for the lotus notes client wich allows me to send an attachment to the outside world when I drag a document form a library into an e-mail. Now you can only create links. But sometime you want to add the real attachment when sending outside the office.
 
edit: It is possible to attach documents as real attachments...but not verry conveinient.
 
  1. select de document in quicr connector
  2. Choose from the menu edit - Copy as attachment
  3. Choose past in your memo
Should be nice if things will go a little easier.

Idea:

Most desktop apps which include scripting capability will allow a user to 'record a macro', whether through visual basic or python or whatever. Lotus has offered this capability in other apps so why not in Notes? It could be incorporated into the toolbars (smarticons?).

Idea:
We have the option to add a header section to a Notes Form.
 
It would be really nice to be able to add a similar secton for a footer to the Form. Then I could select as option: 'always show footer' Y/N.
 
By this way I could easily add some legal text or fill the screen, so it looks less empty if I do not have so much information to display.

Idea: Lotus Notes standard client (rich client) have several issues with scrolling. Sometimes the scroll thumb seems to get locked at the bottom when you have more than one screen full of items (e.g., folders in left pane) and when you scroll all the way down. Similar issues in the regular views.

I have seen some improvement in v8.5 (compared to v8.0.1) but there are still some issues.

Issues with simple features like scrolling brings down the image of the Notes client (rich client).

1- I can change my RT background color/embed backgound pictures , probably some templates to use for RT field.
 
2- I should have built in table layouts like MS Outlook. It should be easy for end user to pick nice colorful tables to build tabular report  instead choosing colors/heading manually.
 
3- Allow me to design/modify layout of my Inbox ( like we have for creating welcome page , I don;t wish to open designer for the same ).
 
4- Allow me to insert calendar entry in my new memo.
 
5- Allow me to insert mails in my new memo (Instead copying document link and pasting ,It should be much simpler for end users, like  Insert ->dialog box with folder hierarchy where mails can be choosen from existing inbox/folder to insert.
 
6- Allow me to embed signature on run time.
 
Please ignore if any of these features are already in newer version.
