There have been determined the initial price and terms of contract on energy servicing

the Decree of the RF Government N 636 of August 18, 2010
(document is in Russian), there have been determined the special
features of initial price of the energy servicing contract,
pursuant to which for the contract with period of execution
equal or less than one calendar year, the initial price is determined
as product of actual consumption volume of energy resource for
previous year and cost of energy resource unit. The initial
price of contracts with period of execution more than one calendar
year is determined as product of actual consumption volume of
energy resource for previous year, cost of energy resource unit
as on the date of announcement about carrying out of selection
and minimum full number of years consisting the period of execution
of the contract.
There are established the requirements
to terms of the contract on energy servicing, which are directed
to energy conservation and increasing of energy efficiency,
which are obligatory for the contract executor.
