The amendments have been putted to the list of works rendering effect on safety of capital construction objects 2010-08-16 08:00 NEWS OF THE FEDERAL LEGISLATION The amendments have been putted to the list of works rendering effect on safety of capital construction objects On the August 9, 2010, in the RF Ministry of Justice, it has been registered the Order of the Ministry of Region of Russia N 294 of June 23, 2010 (document is in Russian), by which the amendments has been putted to the List of kinds of works on engineering researches, preparation of project documentation, construction, re-construction, capital repair of capital construction objects, which render effect on safety of capital construction objects approved by the Order of the Ministry of Regional Development of Russia N 624 of December 30, 2009 (document is in Russian). In particular, to the kinds of works on preparation of project documentation , there are referred works on preparation of technical decisions of metro objects and their complexes, and to the kinds of works on construction, reconstruction, capital repair - works on arrangement of nuclear energy use objects. Besides, it is established that kinds of works on preparation of project documentation by be executed by a sole trader independently (personally), and kinds of works on construction, reconstruction, capital repair - only with attraction of employees.
