There has been established the limit size of payment for issue of a cadastre passport
The size
of payment established by
the Decree of the RF Government N 615 of August 12, 2010
(document is in Russian) for issue of a cadastre passport is
for natural persons - 500 rubles and for legal entities - 1000
rubles. Issue of cadastre passports is provided by bodies making
storage of record and technical documentation about building,
construction, premise, incomplete construction projects, state
technical record of which has been provided before the day of
putting into effect of
the Federal Act N 221-FZ of July 27, 2007 "On state cadastre
of real estate" (document is in Russian) or during
the transition period of application thereto under request of
any person during not more than ten working days from the day
of receipt of this request.
